Terms and Conditions of Sale – Madison Clarke
ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all transactions made through the website operated by Stonehold Corporation Ltd, located at RM03, 24/F, HO KING COMM CTR, 2-16 FAYUEN ST, MONG KOK, HONG KONG ("the Operator").
The T&Cs are available on the site and may be provided to any customer upon request. Acceptance of the T&Cs is mandatory for all orders and is confirmed by the customer via checkbox or a dedicated button before the order is finalized.
The validation of any order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the T&Cs in effect on the order date. The Operator undertakes to archive and reproduce these T&Cs.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The website offers for sale clothing, accessories, and decorative items ("Products").
Each Product is presented with a detailed description, either provided directly by the supplier or accessible via external links. Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. All Products comply with applicable legal standards.
Customers are solely responsible for the costs and conditions of accessing the site. They must ensure they have compatible and secure hardware.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
Products are offered subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be notified and may choose a replacement Product or a refund within 30 days.
Except as stated otherwise, all orders are considered final.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
Ordering implies a financial obligation. Payment must be made in full and may be verified by the Operator prior to dispatch. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICING
Prices are in pounds, inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges may apply and will be indicated at checkout. Full payment is due upon order confirmation.
ARTICLE 6 – CONTRACT FORMATION
The contract is formed upon order confirmation by double-click: selecting items, reviewing the cart, accepting T&Cs, and completing payment. This electronic confirmation has the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
The Operator stores all order data securely. Either party may cancel the order under specific conditions (e.g. non-conformity, price error, or refusal to pay).
ARTICLE 7 – RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the Operator’s property until full payment is received.
ARTICLE 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are only delivered within the European Union, in the United States and in Canada. Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the Product to the Customer. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
The Operator undertakes to deliver within 30 days. Delays will be communicated via email. The Customer must provide a correct delivery address and inspect the package upon receipt.
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has 30 days from delivery to return any Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request including:

Return of the Product in original condition and packaging, with invoice
Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense, unless the Product is defective or non-compliant.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product and required documentation.
Exceptions (Article L.221-28 French Consumer Code) apply to certain items (e.g. personalized goods, unsealed hygiene items, etc.).
ARTICLE 10 – CUSTOMER SERVICE

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website is the exclusive property of the Operator or its partners. No element may be reproduced, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.
Customers grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to use any content they submit on the site.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY AND LEGAL WARRANTIES
12.1 Liability: The Operator cannot be held liable for issues arising from third parties, force majeure, or misuse of the website by the Customer.
12.2 Legal Warranty of Conformity: The Customer has two years to act for non-compliance. They may choose repair or replacement.
12.3 Hidden Defects: Under Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code, the Customer may return or request a price reduction for a defective product.
ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA

ARTICLE 14 – HYPERLINKS
The website may link to third-party sites. The Operator is not liable for external content. Any external links to the website require prior written consent.
ARTICLE 15 – REFERENCES
Unless requested otherwise, the Operator may use the Customer’s name and review content for promotional purposes.
ARTICLE 16 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement. Nullity of any clause does not affect the validity of others. Customers are encouraged to save a copy.
Review Verification: Reviews are verified through purchase validation and moderation.
BLOCTEL: Customers in France can register at https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/ to opt out of telemarketing.
Modification of T&Cs: The Operator may update the content and the T&Cs at any time. Customers are advised to consult them regularly.
Disputes and Mediation: Contact customer service first. If unresolved, mediation is available via CM2C (France) or the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by French law.
Customer Acceptance: By placing an order, the Customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
