All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that during peak periods or sales, our team may experience high volumes of orders — but rest assured, your order will always be handled as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is six to ten working days, depending on the time of year and order volume.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery location.
Local Delivery

Delivery is free for all orders placed in Canada — no minimum purchase required.

For orders within the European Union:

Free delivery on orders of €50 or more.

For orders below €50, a small delivery fee of €1.99 applies.

Free delivery may also be offered as part of limited-time promotional events.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, starting at 9 AM. We will contact you by email or SMS (using the contact information you provided at checkout) to notify you of your delivery day.
⚠️ Please note: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the European Union.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please email us at contact@madison-clarke.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount excluding return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@madison-clarke.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we’ll do our best to offer a fair resolution.
